Apparently this can happen when having too many entities in a map and such (which is why a lot of people get it in GMod). I assume you've been on Swiftwater before, and so have a lot of people, which is strange.

Try verifying your files, something might be messed internally. Garry has said there's some code that might be messed in Source that causes this sometimes as well.
